Easy Returns, Replacement and Exchange Policy

I would like to share with you the policy that governs the products available on Asplast. If the product is not eligible for a replacement or exchange after delivery for any reason, such as the product being out of stock, the return pickup for the product being unavailable, or any other cause that is comparable, you have the option to return the product within the return period that begins after delivery.
To return the purchased product, it must be in its packaging, with all of the components and giveaways involved. Please ensure that you package the returned product appropriately.
If you send the wrong product to our courier service partner, Asplast is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft that occurs while the product is in transit or otherwise. Once we receive the original product(s) and complete the quality check, we will send the replacement or exchange product to the address you provided.
If you return the product(s), Asplast will perform a refund for the original product(s), depending on the circumstances. Our logistics partner will collect the item and subsequently deliver it to our warehouse.
The process of replacing or refunding the item will then begin. Once we receive the product, we may need up to fifteen days to complete the refund procedure. If you get a wrong or defective product, or an incomplete order, please contact us within 24 hours.
If the customer refuses to accept the original order that contains products that are only eligible for replacement or exchange, or if the customer refuses to accept the replacement or exchange product(s) after they have been dispatched to the customer, a fixed shipping charge will be imposed on the client. If any of the items in an order placed with a coupon or offer are returned, the coupon code or offer will no longer apply. The reimbursement will not include the benefit of the discount or offer.
If a replacement or exchange is made, the order will be eligible for the same discount code or promotion as the original. You are entitled to return any product within twenty-four hours of its delivery if it is damaged, defective, or missing parts or components; if the product that was provided to you was different from what you had bought; or if the product is not functioning properly.
This applies to all items. Items bought at Asplast.com kiosks can only be returned to the stores. The site won’t take returns for kiosk purchases, but online returns are accepted. It is currently only possible to exchange or replace products that have been purchased online.
